I inherited the role of project leader for a fulfillment automation robot developed and built at Milano Technical Group. This robot was designed from the ground up to "democratize fulfillment automation" at the small business scale, allowing even the smallest of partners to integrate their manufacturing and fulfillment processes in an easy-to-use automation service center. As project manager, I took responsibility for revitalizing the software control, user interfaces, hardware, and electrical design of the robot and actively communicated with investors and owners to contribute to the start of the product's company. I worked with a team of engineers within my company and led several pushes into upgrading and iterating new versions of the machine to achieve greater functionality and feature set.
